Gaurav Saxena led the successful end-to-end IT infrastructure transition for the City of Salisbury’s $43 million Community Hub development, a pivotal part of the city’s transformation initiative. The project involved relocating critical IT equipment and services from existing locations to a state-of-the-art facility designed to house 300+ employees and provide advanced civic and community services.

As the IT Infrastructure Project manager, Gaurav was responsible for overseeing all technology aspects, including the corporate network, Wi-Fi systems, audio/visual solutions, and telephony services, ensuring seamless integration into the new facility. His expertise ensured the infrastructure met the highest standards, supported by a robust plan for the migration of servers, storage, telephony, and multifunction devices within tight deadlines.
